At Big City Mobile Labs, LLC our focus is to provide high-quality and reliable DOT & Non DOT drug testing services to individuals and businesses. Our goal is to keep you and your company compliant with fast and reliable results.  Our tests are performed using the latest technology and are designed to provide accurate and reliable results. We strive to maintain the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.  

Because we are mobile, we are able to come to you without interrupting your daily schedule or business. We are available to service you at your home, business, events, fairs, or any outings that you have. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7 am - 7 pm, and Friday, 10 am - 6pm. If you are needing service outside of these our please give us a call. *Outside service hours are not guaranteed.   

All appointments will require a valid ID in order to continue with your service. All paperwork from your employer must be filled out accordingly. Appointments are made online, by phone, or email. If you have a request outside of service hours, please give us a call. No extra guests or children are allowed, unless scheduled for a service. Please make sure that you arrive with a full bladder for any urine drug screenings. 

Mileage fees are included in our service price however, there is a travel fee charge of .67 cents over 20 miles. Any miles outside of 50 will be charged an additional $1.00 per mile. If you are outside of the Houston city, please call our office for more information. 

Discounts are available for individuals or employees with 3 or more in the group from the same location or/and business. Only ONE mileage fee will be charged for multiples. 

Big City Mobile Labs, LLC works  independently  as a “fee-for-service” platform.  We will not bill or accept insurance at this time and you will be charged a one time “fee for service” directly for each ordered visit, unless being sent by an employer.  We DO accept Debit and Credit Card payments, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Checks, as well as direct payments.  

It is important for us to maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system while respecting the time and resources of both our clients and our staff.  Cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of $45.00 or forfeiture of the appointment slot. Clients are required to provide at least 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellations. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice are considered no-shows. 

Random drug testing involves selecting employees for drug screening without prior notice, with a method to ensure an unbiased data selection. 

Because these tests are random, it makes it difficult for employees to predict when they might be tested. 

DOT employers are required to test a minimum percentage of their safety workforce each year. 

Companies not subject to DOT regulations may introduce their own drug testing program tailored to their specific needs. These programs must comply with all applicable state laws, which they may use different testing methods such as urine, hair, nail, alcohol, or saliva. 

Random drug testing involves the use of computerized random number generators to select a percentage of employees that are needed for testing. The selected employees must complete the drug test within a specific timeframe.
